Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Aimro (“Aimro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit aimro.dev, sign up for the Vibe Coding Bootcamp, attend a webinar, or otherwise interact with our services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you register for a webinar or enroll in the Bootcamp, we collect:

  • Name and email address.
  • Coding experience, computer, phone, language, and schedule preferences from our intake form.
  • Payment information, which is handled by our third-party payment processor. Aimro does not store full payment card details.
  • Any messages, feedback, or support requests you send us.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit aimro.dev, we automatically receive:

  • Approximate geographic location (country, region, and city) derived from your IP address by Cloudflare. We do not store your raw IP address.
  • Browser type, operating system, and device type.
  • The page you landed on, the referring site, and any campaign tags (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) attached to your URL.
  • A randomly generated identifier stored in your browser’s local storage (the “visitor id”) that lets us avoid creating duplicate records if you refresh the page or revisit the site.

We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or session replay tools. If that changes, we will update this Policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent before collection.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and operate the Services, including processing your enrollment, scheduling your cohort, sending the webinar link, and providing course access.
  • Communicate with you about the Bootcamp, your account, support requests, and changes to the Services.
  • Send you a confirmation email when you sign up for a webinar.
  • Improve the Services and understand how visitors use the site.
  • Comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms.

We will only send you marketing communications about new programs or unrelated offers if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by emailing support@aimro.dev.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with the third-party service providers we use to operate the Services, including:

  • Supabase, which hosts our database.
  • Resend, which delivers transactional and confirmation emails.
  • Cloudflare, which serves our website and provides edge networking, geographic data, and security features.
  • Our payment processor, which handles billing for the Bootcamp.
  • Communication tools (such as Discord) used to deliver the Bootcamp community experience, only with information you provide to those tools directly.

These providers may process your information on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.

We may also share information when required by law, in response to a valid legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Aimro, our students, or the public, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. After your cohort ends, we may keep your enrollment records, payment records, and email history for tax, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance purposes for up to seven (7) years, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

You may request that we delete your personal information at any time by emailing support@aimro.dev. We will honor the request to the extent permitted by law.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use the following client-side storage on aimro.dev:

  • Browser local storage to keep your visitor id, so a page refresh does not create a duplicate signup.
  • Browser local storage to remember a snapshot of your landing page and attribution tags, so we can attribute your eventual signup to the right channel.

We do not currently set tracking cookies or use third-party tracking cookies. If we add them in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • The right to access the information we hold about you.
  • The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • The right to request deletion of your information.
  • The right to object to or restrict certain processing.
  • The right to receive a portable copy of your information.
  • The right to withdraw consent for any processing that relies on your consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@aimro.dev. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

7. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) gives you specific rights regarding your personal information:

  • The right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes for collection, and the categories of recipients.
  • The right to request deletion of personal information we hold about you.
  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • The right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • The right to be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

You may submit a verifiable request by emailing support@aimro.devwith the subject line “California Privacy Request”.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are between 13 and 17, you may only use the Services with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact support@aimro.dev and we will delete it.

9. International Transfers

Aimro operates from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and potentially other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those in your home country.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, scoped access controls, and authenticated service-role keys for write operations. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We recommend you review their privacy policies before sharing information with them.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or by email before they take effect.
